ML-BG-P
CMV produces double edge grinding, single and
online, with single or double transfer. On each cross are assembled from six
and twelve spindles frontal and for beveling, diamond and/or polishing.
The transport system
of the glass is realized with two brushless motors in electric axis, without
mechanical connection organs, while the
movement of the crosshead is realized on guides with recirculating ball,
ball screws and a brushless motor. The software is simple and intuitive, it
allows to optimize production while reducing operator intervention and limiting
the machine setting time.
Each machine is
customizable in the spindle configuration and sizes workable.
