The arrising
machine STT is a machine designed for high productivity limiting the
intervention of the operator; the translation system of the glass with double
group of rear suction cups allows to work simultaneously two glasses and is
particularly suitable for processing of low-E glass.
The
function of size memorization rectangular and square glass, allows continuous
processing of glasses of different sizes without operator intervention.
The two
spindles equipped with rapid tool change, are floating through the use of
special guides precise; this solution allows to compensate for defects of
cutting and coupling of laminated glass.
The
software for the control of the machine allows to load programs for the
processing of shaped glasses in DXF, from network or USB key.
