CMV
produces double edge grinding , single and online, with single or double
transfer.
On each
cross are assembled from two to six spindles, diamond and / or polishing.
The
spindles are made to allow easy replacement of the grinding wheels, the
transport system of the glass is realized with two brushless motors in electric
axis, without organs of mechanical connection, while the movement of the moving
crosshead is realized on guides with recirculating ball, ball screw and a
brushless motor.
The
software is simple and intuitive, it allows to optimize production while
reducing operator intervention and limiting the setting time machine.
